Terms and Conditions

By choosing to use any of the platforms offered you are legally obligated to follow the terms and conditions stated in this written document. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions provided in this document, please do access or use any of our services.

Agreement with terms

The following terms and conditions agreement is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship between The Boxing Colosseum and the persons that interact with The Boxing Colosseum.

Services

The Boxing Colosseum offers a myriad of options:

  1. Group classes: Members who sign up for the group classes join other members in a fun group environment with an instructor that gives them the information they require to have an amazing class.
  2. Personal training session: With a 1 on 1 session a member gets to personally learn from an instructor.
  3. Strength and Condition: This includes using weights and other forms of exercises to get the members stronger. There are also strength and conditioning classes in the form of boot camp.
  4. Sparring: Contact is to be expected.
  5. Nutrition and Health Consultation: A certified nutritionist takes a member through a step-by-step analyzation of food choices and helps them come up with better ways of reaching their goals through dieting.

Expectations

Individuals can try out the classes free for the first time to see if becoming a member is an option. If the same individual decides to take the class again, he or she is subjected to a $20 drop-in fee. Individuals participating in the boxing classes are required to have wraps and gloves.  No children allowed in adult classes because there will be a kid’s class. If the training is too intense the individual is advised to go at his or her own pace. If injured let the instructors know about the injury before taking class. The gym will not be responsible for injuries suffered by members or individuals who did not make their conditions known.
